  It goes without saying that we absolutely love the house built for us by Topic Builders. More than that, we appreciate all of the time and effort the Topic team put into working with us throughout the process.
  
  After seeing some of the homes built by Topic Builders, we knew a quality home would be a given. The time the Topic team spent with us as we worked through multiple floor plans and budgets, made decisions including fixture and fitting selection for the house made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting. The Topic team throughout the process respected our ideas, plans and concerns.
  
  We continually receive compliments on our home including the finishes and overall quality of workmanship. We can concur this, after being in our house for 5 years we have not experienced one issue or defect with the build.
  
  During our build, Topic Builders and the team were professional, friendly, accommodating and above all, delivered an excellent product. Overall, our experience was enjoyable and we’d have no hesitation in recommending Topic Builders to anyone wishing to build.
