A great range of classes and suitable for beginners, those wanting to get back into dance or those just wanting to move with like minded people.
In particular I have taken the barre classes, yoga and contemporary dance. All wonderful classes with amazing teachers. Lyndel’s style and experience with contemporary dance provides just the right mix of challenge, technique, introspection and joy. For someone who has no past experience in dance or yoga I feel so comfortable in classes at the loft. Teachers are supportive but also provide enough of a challenge to build skills and confidence. Not only is The Loft a beautiful space to dance in with gorgeous windows and high ceilings, the classes are taught by incredible teachers that put you at ease and offer you adjustments to suit your needs and experience.
An amazing place that I highly recommend!
